Tenant management

If you prefer to be hands off, we will maintain communications with the tenants and keep track of their rental payments. We encourage our tenants to keep in touch with us especially to inform us of any problems they may be having in the property or maintenance issues that arise.

We have created our own customised forms, our pre-tenancy application form allows us to thoroughly check our prospective tenants and avoid allowing less than desirable tenants from renting out our properties.

To ensure your rental property is being properly looked after, regular rental inspections will be undertaken.

Financial rental management

With the help of fantastic software by Realbase, your finances associated with your rental property can be tracked.

Clients are sent statements once a month, and can be sent to your accountant if required.

We take rental property management seriously, and want to make sure that you are getting the best weekly value for your rental property.

Rental property maintenance

To ensure that everything in your home is functioning properly and effectively, we have the best group of maintenance specialists in Wellington.

They are tried and tested and are always reasonable and will do quotes first if required. We do not charge a percentage on the maintenance work completed.

Overseas rental property management

If you are currently living outside of New Zealand, or are looking to move overseas, you can leave all of your home or rental management worries to us.

We can take care of everything, from paying the rates and insurance to forwarding on your mail - you don't have to worry about a thing.

Short term property management

Under the terms of the Residential Tenancies Amendment Act 2010, landlords who leave the country for 21 days or more must appoint an agent.

We now offer a fixed fee short term property management service, for as little as $99.00 a month we will oversee rental properties for overseas landlords (conditions apply).
